End-of-year premium on dismissal or departure: what do you pay as an employer?
If an employee leaves before December, in most sectors you pay a pro rata end-of-year premium, except for dismissal for serious cause. The rules per joint committee, the exceptions for resignation, temporary agency workers and a checklist for the final settlement.
